Who is cleaning please?

We are Australian owned company who have all experienced staff with current police checks. We provide a cost effective new system to all our customers.

What work can I expect to be done?

Cleaning Please provides Office cleaning, Residential Cleaning and CarpetCleaning We are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so when you need us, we are there for you.
We provide the following services
•Basic cleaning
•Spring cleaning
•Moving house/office cleaning package
•Steam cleaning
How often can I have a service?

Depending on your cleaning requirements, you can choose, daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly service. If you require us more than once a week for any reason, try our a twice-weekly service! Enjoy the extra time on leisure.

How do I pay for the Service?

By internet bank transfer at the end of each service. Or if you don’t have assess to intrnet banking you can pay cash.

What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?

Yes it can be done, all you need to do is call your local Customer service centre on 03 9909 7143.

Can I change my cleaner if I am unhappy?

Absolutely! All you do is call our customer service team and they will happily arrange a replacement for you.

Do you guarantee a quality service?

Absolutely! Yes we do guarantee our service, however we do require enough time ot complete the task given, to be done properly and you clearly explain to the cleaner what needs to be done.

Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and products?

No, we provide our equipment and cleaning products, however if you want us to use your products and equipment we are more than happy to do so.

What if something is damaged while cleaning my home?

Our Cleaners are covered with Public Liability Insurance. This means you are protected from damage or injury to any person in your home caused by a Cleaner’s negligence.

Are you pet-friendly?

Of course we are, we don’t mind if you have pets! Please let us know at the time of booking so we can pass this information to our available cleaners.

What happens when I go on holiday?

You can continue you service after you can come back from your holidays, for mean while you can put your service on hold. Please do advice our customer service team of your time away so we put your service on hold.

What if no one is home during the day?

We need to know what your cleaning requirements are before we go out, and we also need someone to let us in the property. After we finish our cleaning service someone needs to let us out of the property. You can arrange the payment prior to the day or on the day of service. All our cleaners are police checked prior to employment.
